Cancellation Policy

At IK Executive Travel, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent while ensuring that our chauffeurs and resources are managed efficiently. Please review the details below regarding cancellations and refunds.

Standard Bookings

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made between 12 to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.

Airport Transfers

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made between 12 to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.

  • If your flight is delayed or canceled, please inform us as soon as possible so we can accommodate any necessary changes.

Hourly and Long-Distance Bookings

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled booking time will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled booking time will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking time are non-refundable.

No-Show Policy

  • If the passenger fails to show up at the designated pickup location without prior cancellation, the full fare will be charged.

  • For airport pickups, our chauffeurs will wait for up to 60 minutes after the flight lands. If no contact is made within this time, it will be considered a no-show, and the booking will be non-refundable.

Amendments & Rescheduling

  • We strive to accommodate changes where possible. Please contact us at least 12 hours before your scheduled booking time to discuss any modifications.

  • Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
